Change Grief

"Change Grief" is a powerful and poignant docu-series that explores the intricate and often transformative journey of grief in the face of significant life changes. This emotionally charged series delves deep into the stories of individuals and communities who have experienced profound losses due to various life-altering events, such as the death of a loved one, career changes, relocation, divorce, health crises, and more. Through their narratives, we unveil the complex and multifaceted nature of change grief. Learn more here.

Call for participants

This is a general public call for ages 18+ grounded in SAMHSA collective impact practices for the brutally underserved sub-populations, micro-communities, vulnerable & marginalized, those on the brink of a crisis, systematically oppressed, and shut out populations.

Additionally, this process is meant to build/maintain authentic dialogue, community resilience, and equity in underdeveloped spaces and strengthen Austin's cultural infrastructure; as these gripping and necessary creative outlets confront traumas, communities can heal.

This community interest form & project is a person-centered, research, evidence & strength-based journey that involves a trauma-informed care* approach. It is meant to harness education, be a culturally sensitive community pop-up safe space/hub, equip the community with transformative stories/truths & practical tools to address + manage grief, breathe glimpses of understanding on a complex topic, and inspire breakthroughs on a nonlinear subject.
